A girl is born with severe case of hypertrichosis, the excessive growth of hair all over her body. Her father, in deep grievance of losing his wife in childbirth, has a hard time accepting his newborn child with a blatantly obvious defect. For years, the father struggles to find a cure while hiding her from society, failing to understand that what his daughter needs is not a cure but approval.
