What the? Bad just doesn't seem adequate. Awful maybe.

Though it tries and fails to be like The Greatest Showman, it's still cute. He doesn't eat his breakfast. Dear screenwriters and directors: enough with the kid with an inhaler trope already.

Very rudimentary in most respects, but Bardem lifts the humdrum tone.

Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile" is a thoroughly enjoyable family film that delivers heartwarming performances, catchy songs, and an adorable CGI crocodile. While it may not stray too far from the standard family film style, its charm and engagement make it a must-watch for families.

Very decent movie for what it is.

It tries too hard, is too paint by numbers, and there are odd plot points shoehorned in. On the flipside, I'm sure it works for its audience without insulting anyone's intelligence, and Bardem and Gelman are a delight.

Judge me all you want, this is a feel good movie.
