Terrible, yes, but an oddly enjoyable terrible. It had been a while since I had seen Billy Zane, so I had forgotten just how HOT he is. He is also the only actor involved in this mess besides Robert Davi that does not completely embarrass him/herself. Bad writing, worse directing, shitty production values, and the sound is awful... combine that with bad accents and general utter lack of craft, and you can't understand a thing most of the actors are saying, not that you'd want to.
