Maker of Men

Sensationally bad (American) Football plot. A star coach forces his son to play to make him a man. The team loses because of him and he claims he would have done the same to any of his other players had they shown the same weakness. The son then turns into a man at a different college and makes his father's team lose again! All the focus is on Jack Holt & Richard Cromwell as father and son, so you barely notice that there's a young handsome man called John Wayne there too.
