Dual roles for little person Billy Barty, both in his regular little bro' of Mickey Rooney role and as a baby the gang want to take care of. A lot of mix-ups and silly moments like the mother thinking her baby had the 'black fever' when she found a Hambone the black kid in his bed. Mickey does his best to entertain the baby, but pretty much fails.... same as the gags in this one.
