Miracle Beach

Let's be honest here folks - sex comedy in which neither of two main actresses get naked makes as much sense as Godzilla movie where Godzilla doesn't show up for a final fight.

I wish- haha, aren't I funny- that I could've liked this more. Ami Dolenz is usually pretty fun to watch & this is one of her better performances, but neither she nor Dean Cameron (nor Pat Morita) can save the awful script here. A romcom in which no character is likeable is a romcom destined to fail, & that's what this is. What's worse is that Dolenz & Cameron don't have much romantic chemistry at all, making it even harder to care about their arc. There's tons of boobs, though, so. Yeah.
