The loosely connected third film in the "Martial Law" series is a generic, but entertaining low-rent martial-arts/action movie. Jeff Wincott plays a cop who after resigning from the force and the murder of his friend must infiltrate a "Scientology"-like cult of martial-arts "peacemakers" led by an evil Brigitte Nelson. Besides the interesting use of a political martial-arts cult as window dressing there isn't anything new about this story of martial-arts cop out for revenge and justice.
