Whatever happens when there's no dialogue it is meant only to move the movie ahead to its dialogue scenes where Chris Tucker shines (most of times from what I remember) or fails miserably.

The only cast member of this extremely derivative movie that stands out even a little is Chris Tucker, and his fast talking wise-cracker is by now so familiar to audiences that he it has become just a little dull. Everyone else in the movie just seems to be phoning it in, and I found it hard to get interested in in any of their characters. In the end, this film has been made before, and a lot better than this.

Ratner is mediocre, but M.T was a decent debut that showcased the comedic talents of Tucker and Sheen, who have great chemistry. Without them the film would be thoroughly ordinary, but when they are on screen it's an above average action-comedy that doesn't skimp on the action and was probably overlooked on release because the genre had reached saturation point. Tucker's over caffeinated motormouth routine is frequently hilarious, and Ratner keeps the plot moving at a bullet clip.

Chris Tucker - annoying to some, hilarious to others. He actually makes me laugh, even though he has a slightly annoying high pitched voice. Money Talks isn't discovering anything new, it's about being fun and damn it, it's fun!

Badly acted -- that Tucker's impersonation of Tony Montana is really stupid --, but it's a loud, nonsense sample of the material Ratner would improve in the first two films of the Rush Hour franchise.

There is actually a bit of chemistry between these two actors. I don't know why or how, but there is, and it saves this otherwise trite film.

This isn't the type of film I would usually rank this high, but I found the performances by Chris Tucker and Paul Sorvino to be strong enough to actually hook me in. Charlie Sheen was acceptable as the straight guy, but Tucker is the real star here. He is toned down enough where he is funny, but never too grating when he goes over-the-top.

A fairly entertaining piece of fluff that has both Chris Tucker and Charlie Sheen before they became parodies of themselves.

I barely remember this dumb movie, but it had Christ Tucker, who I find amusing more than annoying, so count it as another average '90s buddy film.

The combination of Chris Tucker and Charlie Sheen is, well, dumb. Both have been funny on their own, but this movie just sucked at times when it could actually have been decent.

A mild bit of nostalgia may be clouding my judgment here - I accept it may be as bad as most of the others say it is, but I remember laughing at it when I was a kid. And Chris Tucker, as played out as he may be today, had a unique style back then. I can see why Ratner hired him again.

Another version of "Nothing To Lose" and Chris i like better and Charlie doesn't play as good of a straight guy. Fortunately the action & body count are paced well with the jokes, and there isn't so much schmaltz.

Brett Ratner is horrible, but I can watch this movie any time it's on TV.

Chris Tucker is very funny here, and he makes "Money Talks" an entertaining action-comedy.
