Just another movie that takes the premise of an episode of a cop show and applies it to a new location, in this case the White House. Relies heavily on the user believing the secret service is a bunch of trained monkeys.

This movie = my childhood. I always picture a 4 year old kid with Alan Alda's voice, after which I laugh quietly to myself.

I love Diane Lane, but this movie is a forgettable mess...

Pretty formulaic and forgettable, apart from Snipes' alien gracefulness in the uninspired fights' choreography, and his chilled-out almost comedic delivery. I kind of remember Diane Lane in this too, but not quite. The supporting cast was pretty bad. What really picks up the film after a long stretch of trying to bore the viewers to death are the last 30 minutes or so, which were pretty cool. Don't ask me why though, I don't remember : /

Cheerfully silly off-the-rack thriller whose brisk pace, convoluted plotting and fairly impressive cast helps you forget how ridiculous the whole thing is (especially when it leaps off the rails in the final third). Snipes makes for a likable hero; Lane is wasted and hooray for Alan Alda!

Pretty laughable plot is an excuse for Snipes to run around.

It's so usual in every way that you could probably find every scene from other 90s thrillers.

A little too much suspension of disbelief is required in order to enjoy this film. Diane Lane is fun to watch, but she was not enough to pull this out by herself. It ends up being a predictable, unbelievable plot.

Ugh, another in that long string of really bad Wesley Snipes movies.

Muddled and predictable. One Good Cop vs. Big Bad Bureaucracy scenario is done in by its endless plot holes, not to mention ludicrous finale.

Nice, by-the-numbers mystery-thriller involving the White House. The 90s was a great time for these types of films.

I enjoyed it although I was working on stuff so i was in and out. It seemed like the plot was pretty involved because I was a little lost every time I came back in. The action was good, and the only thing I didn't like was the fact that they played up the president to be a good guy.

This movie blows, but for some reason I found it entertaining.

This movie and Passenger 57 are almost identical movies with one set on a plane and the other at the White House. Wesley Snipes is good, but it is Alan Alda that makes this movie interesting.

The murder in the White House was implausible enough. The ending supposes that the audience is full of idiots

Sometimes I'm just in the mood for a jar of peanut butter and a spoon to call a meal. This movie is the equivalent. Standard, cliched, no surprises but still enjoyable.
