My Skinny Sister

A nice coming-of-age drama with child actors but adult themes. Sanna Lenken's directing is assured - she must work very well with her actors - and captures a lot of naturalistic scenes. The contrast between the two girls of differing age forms the epicentre of the film, the source of conflict and also resolution. And the frosty Nordic setting (as well as frosty parents) provide no shelter. Thus, the emotional heart of the story is exposed. A much more accessible alternative to "Force Majeure".

12 Juliol 2016 - Els personatges de les dues nenes/noies són força rics. L'actuació de la protagonista sorprenia. La trama és relativament oberta, no completament previsible. Els pares i el professor són el més fluix. Encara que les situacions de vegades no fossin creïbles eren interessants. En alguns punts potser el ritme dequeia.

i would have enjoyed it more if the version i watched had subtitles lol. very good film i just didnt know anything they said.
