Napapiirin sankarit 2

Nobody could really expect this to be as good as the first one, but even my low expectations weren't met. Meh.

The rerun of Lapland Odyssey 2 was a fade shadow of the original. The plot followed the best part of the first movie and tried to repeat it as good as possible. Jokes were not that fresh, scenes were stiff and there was some plot holes. Pamela Tola was better than before and Miia Nuuttila's got bigger part.

Fast-moving sequel which lacks the warmth of the original, and flirts with some black humor which feels out of place in this context. It takes good use of the scenery of Lapland but builds many of it's jokes on differences between city and rural areas of Finland which might make it hard to understand for foreign viewers.
