New Left Note

essayish mashup of various "new left" concerns of the past decade and a half - vietnam, 2nd waves, panthers, nixon's face...especially the latter. it shows up a lot. this is one of those new american cinema things that could clearly be improved by the addition of sound, whether that be narration or abstract noise; as it stands, it's hard to get much out of this.
