This was a more traditional exploitation film than Private Duty Nurses and also more entertaining, but I also missed the more documentary style of the earlier film. This one has more nudity and feels more calculated. It’s still a solid directorial debut from Kaplan. The segments are quite random: hospital escape, hippie group session and a truck driver suffering from LSD flashbacks. There’s some critique on medicalisation spread throughout.
