An intimate, slow-burning drama. Affecting, well crafted, and precisely performed, but perhaps too sparse or subtle to be profound. Its smallness lends it authenticity and intimacy while also limiting the depths it plunges, leaving a positive, but possibly underwhelmed, impression. Still, a uniquely moving film.
