Nilgiri

Shekara Menon (M.G. Soman), a retd. army major finds & rescues Sivan (Mammootty), a cabby, whom his passengers had called for a trip to Ooty, but left for dead after hijacking his car. Sivan stays on in town to get his car back & helps Menon with his poultry business. Seeing that the town is terrorized by mobster Rangan (Raja), Sivan tries to unite the townsfolk to oppose Rangan. Rangan reacts by harming Sivan's friends & Menon's family & Sivan is forced into a do-or-die battle with Rangan. (Summary by iceblox)
