Well done, tight, very off putting. Doesn't include anything unnecessary.

Zulawski dirilmiş de Possession'a 10 dakikalık bir devam filmi çekmiş sanırım. Lanthimos'un zekası, kurgusu dillere destan ama her filminde biraz bir şeyler eksik sanki. Bilinçli olarak duygulardan arındırıyor anlattığı hikayeleri.. tekniğin kölesi olmuş artık.

As often when I watch a Lanthimos film, I like the strange ways he deals with genres and themes, but the execution itself ends up always annoying me.

Yorgos Lanthimos'un kısa filmi, Matt Dillon'u çıkarırsak içi boş 1 film olarak kalır. 1 çello sanatçısının, metroda saatiniz var mı? sorusuna karşı aynı soruyla cevap veren güzel kızımız, adamı takip eder. Sonra evin hanımı, kocayı atıp kızı alır. 5 dakikada değişir bütün işler mi demek istemiş. Adam saat sorduğu kıza aşık olup evliliği yıkan kötü kadın mı? Evin hanımı da hepiniz aynısınız diye verdiği cevap mı? Aşk kaç beden giyer?

Lanthimos does a short movie, though a very Lanthimos one.

There is no mistaking a Lanthimos film, even a 12 minute short. He has a gift for disturbing the viewer in a unique way that pulls at the loose threads of humanity (social, cultural etc.).

Armed with great photography, an interesting plot and a suitable lead in Matt Dillon, Yorgos Lanthimos crafts an intriguing and slightly unsettling movie that cuts straight to the chase. Although there is no payoff per se, "Nimic" nonetheless lends itself to rewarding speculation as to what it's all about. But even more so, it's a comfortably above par exercise in style that engages with its proficient shots and the perhaps toned down but unmistakably trademark aberrant atmosphere of Lanthimos.
