This is one of the worst films ever made. Ever wonder what that cartoonish-bugs-bunny-travels-underground thing would look like if it were real action and with a ninja. Well this delivers in the first scene. Then it becomes an garbled mess that should only serve as a lesson to all filmmakers to see exactly what not to do with a movie.
