Nocturne

Spoiler alert: LvT's short is visually outstanding, and with its atmospheric suggestion about birds, one can only deduce that the character is either an owl or some other nocturnal ave.

I was hoping the woman would transform into an owl and fly away at the end, but alas, she does not.

See, I like this more than most people here it seems. It creeped me out (regardless of what it is about), and I was a big fan of the beginning and the end. The middle part wasn't anything that fantastic but considering how short the film is, the middle doesn't have enough time to overstay its welcome.

Obscure (in more than one sense of the word) student film by Lars von Trier. The meaning eluded this viewer but effort was clearly expended in the construction of the imagery, some of which was very impressive.

nope, i don't get it. but it's got a nice atmosphere. i see others think the girl is an owl. i guess that fits.

Creepy little film about...nothing.
