Noon Blue Apples

Has the misfortune of being a NYC-set conspiracy thriller written and shot prior to 9/11, rendering it almost immediately quaintly irrelevant (the go-to references here are still JFK and MKUltra), which didn't stop the director from re-releasing it several times to cash in (the version I watched, on Tubi, was slapped with the generic title New World Order, lol). All and all surprisingly not-terrible. Worth it just to see Thomas Jay Ryan in full Henry Fool mode as an Alex Jones/Bill Cooper type.
