I love Dicky Talmadge and his super cheap action movies, but this one was ridiculously poor made. Watch as the action scenes goes from slow motion to fast speed. And don't even try and keep track of the car chase at the end. I don't think even they had a clue which shots went together. What's guaranteed in a Richard Talmadge movie are at least two quota action/leaping scenes where he jumps from high up in spectacular fashion and this film is no different. And that's the best thing in the film!
