Paramu (Mammootty) & Johnny (Lalu Alex) frame businessman Unnithan (Azeez) for a murder Johnny commits & Johnny takes Unnithan's illicit cash for himself. Meanwhile, Paramu's boss McPherson (Sukumaran) asks Paramu to help him hide his black money. He entrusts the cash with Johnny, but the two fall out due to Unnithan's daughter Geetha (Shobana), whom Paramu liked but who was now a tart because of Johnny.
