Not sure how much of an identity O.S.S. (1946) managed to gain during the course of its time, but it worked nicely for a dose of espionage. Alan Ladd does his thing, and they created a decent group atmosphere among the recruited spies. Not the best template for such a war drama, but I can't deny I wasn't entertained.
