One Day in the Life of Andrei Arsenevich
A documentary made prior to the death of filmmaker Andrei Arsenevitch (Tarkovsky) and showing him working on his final film, this record was made at Arsenevitch's request to stand as a record of his working practices. Interspersed with clips of the director's films, this should prove especially interesting for fans of Arsenevitch's work (IMDB)

The filmmakers fawn all over the dying Tarkovsky. Much of this is clips of his work shown while the narrator tells us what works of genius they are. I have seen most of Tarkovsky's films, and I think he's one of the dullest filmmakers ever to receive international acclaim. (A lot of people aren't going to like my saying that, but, like Joe Bob Briggs says, this isn't Communist Russia) That kinda kills whatever celebration or grief or whatever else Marker and his crew are trying to invoke, here

Estreava há 20 anos no Thessaloniki Documentary Festival. Cine-ensaio brilhante, o que é usual vindo do Marker, absolutamente fazendo jus à obra de Tarkovski. TVRip no MakingOff.
