One Fine Day

This is SUCH a cute, sweet, great movie! It's a delight to view and it's done so well, from the writing to the acting to the production of it. The kids are even great! And the writer must have been a parent because everything is so spot on! I encourage you to view it if you haven't - it's a wonderful little gem!

An engaging, warm romantic comedy with lovable characters. You probably won't remember it a year after you watch it, but you won't hate it once its over either.

Chick-flick, and that's fine, but as a guy, it holds no purpose if you watch it by yourself...

Very charming, mainly due to the light-hearted, good performances. Michelle Pfeiffer has such a screen presence, it's impossible to not stare at her.

One of the better romantic comedies. Clooney is entertaining on a level you don't usually see in the genre.

In its genre, it delivers. Relative to all film, it's a 62. Worth the watch, I felt.

The leads have great charisma and chemistry, but otherwise it's a by-the-numbers rom-com. (Not that that's necessarily a bad thing.)

Not that believeable of a film. I think one of the better lines was not actually in the movie but from my date who stated... "I really hate Michelle Pfeiffer". Yet we hung in there to see if they could make something out of this extremely crazy day. The cat scenes with the young girl had me giddy, especially when Clooney had to get into a tent to try to find this girl. The moral of the story, "No one parent is perfect", or "Michelle Pfeiffer is hard to root for". You make the call.

Sort of "You've Got Mail"/"Kramer vs. Kramer" A truly enjoyable movie. Not great, but I liked it.

One Fine Day is one fun film. Among the main things it has going for it are Michelle Pfeiffer and George Clooney, a romantic-comedy couple straight from Central Casting's Heavenly Babe Department. These top-of-the-line symbols appear here as Melanie Parker and Jack Taylor, an architect and a newspaper columnist, both formerly married.

Both Clooney and Pfeiffer are mostly insufferable here, while the two child actors are not much better. But it is a '90s romcom and so it has that air about it, which I can't resist.

Oh wow, who even cares that this movie exists?

Definitely schlock, but fantastically watchable schlock, anchored by wonderfully charismatic performances from the leads.

So boring, and long and tedious and useless.

Fun family movie (as in movie about family, but also fine to watch with your family).

Like losing two hours of your life to a black hole or a coma or something.
