One Touch of Venus

An interesting concept and some high points, but at times it felt like it was going in circle, and not achieving its full potential. Molly was funny though.

Moderately entertaining bit of fluff, loosely remade as Mannequin in 1987. Ava Gardner looks phenomenal in a toga and Eve Arden gives a scene-stealing performance as Tom Conway's sardonic secretary, but other than that it's all a bit forgettable.

A cute play that came off as too dreamy for the silver screen. There are absolutely funny moments in there and a fine cast, but something felt phony in the way it was delivered.

Is a little generic in the beginnng, but gets better and better.
