Norwegian, 3-time Olympic Ice Skating Gold Medalist, Sonja Henie makes her Hollywood debut! And they pack her in with a lot of high level actors and vaudeville acts to carry the load and not expose her inexperience in front on the camera. 'Cause she's there to ICE SKATE! To do extravagant Hollywood-style dance numbers.... except with the gimmickry of doing it on ice! I'm sure it entertained the 30s crowd getting all kinds of acts for their quarter-dollar cinema ticket.
