Operation Mincemeat

There's not much to say about this film, except it tells an interesting story with some good characterisations and a decent cast. I'd recommend it, yes.

Very good movie, a fun watch.

The romantic bits did not seem to fit the story (or work that well), but I enjoyed most everything else here. Worth a watch.

“Operation Mincemeat” is an average historical tale that manages to shed light on a less explored aspect of World War II. The intricate spy plot is intriguing, but the uninteresting human drama drags the film down. Colin Firth and Matthew Macfadyen give good performances, but the rest of the characters are underdeveloped.
