Outpost: Black Sun

no matter the tricks used to build tension, no matter the production values, the glory of the look or the sound of the movie, if it’s a standard, nearly cliche, and vanilla forgettable movie, no one’s going to look back and remember the director. And there’s Black Sun. It wasn’t a slog (although it hit a major doldrum around the 1 hour mark) and showed signs of promise, but I’m here only a few weeks later AND I have notes, as many as I could write, and I still barely remember the thing

Not a bad film as low budget Nazi zombie films go. The zombies were great. Worth a look.

Whatever the first film had this film was missing. It was too dark to see what was happening most of the time and lacked any type of scares or suspense. Overall it was kind of lame with too much shaky cam.

The final act is too talky and it drags the whole thing down a bit, but I'll still see the third part when it comes out.
