Not sure how to take this. For me Padre de Familia (2016) runs like a Filipino soap opera on fast-forward. The production quality is of a average "teleserye" level with events that would usually stretch out 3 months on TV. Got a quality cast of very recognizable faces of both current and past years, but everything is rushed and little attention is given to detail, neither in the performances or the way it's shot. Not dull at least.
