Everyone knows that the stork delivers babies, but where do the storks get the babies from? Just fantastic Pixar short that makes you feel sympathy for a cloud. When you're able to have the audience feel sympathetic towards an inanimate object, you know you've done one hell of a job.

A smaller scale Pixar animation about storks and clouds. Storks are marvelously animated, but the story is not that fancy, hanging almost on one joke. I liked the idea that clouds look like a nipple, a life bringer, but that idea was left aside.

I loved "Partly Cloudy". It manages to juggle being goofy and touching, without ever getting cheesy. The animals are cute, the clouds are funny and the storks soar through the air in the most enchanting way. Maybe I'm talking up the short film too much, but I managed to enjoy it just as much as I did the feature attached, "Up". Really enjoyable.
