Even though the movie had bad lighting and sound quality that wasn't very good, I really enjoyed watching this movie. This is the kind of movie, that with a little bit more money, I could really fall in love with. The story was pretty good and the longer the movie went, the more intense that it got. Even though the ending was very predictable, it really still packed a wallop because the characters were the kind of characters that you could care for.

"Sometimes slow-moving, Perkins' 14 is, at least, pretty original in its take on the mad scientist formula."

This was surprisingly good! I can't remember having seen that kind of idea in any other movie before. So.. it has a decent story and I can't think of anything major to complain about

Everything about this movie is sub-mediocre, from the lighting to the sound quality to the acting to the writing. How it's getting good marks on here is puzzling. This film is like a good high school movie, but nothing I would be beaming about if my name were attached to it.

Very cheap and with the kind of weaknesses that most films this cheap tend to have, and not without conventional tropes of trauma and teenagery and the cliched moments that tend to follow, but also not without a certain amount of interest and effectiveness.

The reasoning behind the whole thing doesn't make any sense neither does the fact that Perkins was in tight with the judge. The story and idea was really interesting but the acting and camera work sucked ass. The best part of the whole film is the line "They're not monsters, they're victims". There are parts of this movie that are really really good, they're scattered through out this mess of a movie. This makes for a strange movie watching experience. Most of the movie is pretty bad and somewha
