Picc Mi

Interesting little film, but you have to be willing to go along with it. There's not much of a plot, it uses a simple folk tale about a cayman and a bird to make an analogy to poverty in Africa and then goes on about a detached look at a boy ambling around town for the day. It's short so there's not much depth or drama, so it's all about taking in the little moments and getting a little wide view of some snippets of daily life. Not much, but it is kind of neat and doesn't overstay its welcome.
