okay movie

The writer/director chose style over substance. Some of the writing is a one note Johnny played repeatedly. The pacing is sometimes painfully boring. Some crazy use of post production special effects like cartooned and B&W characters. I liked the basic premise with a vigilante standing up to organized crime. The characters and dialog was frequently unsatisfying but bits and pieces of it was somewhat interesting.
