I love this filthy little Spanish slasher flick. It's about a chainsaw killer chopping up coeds to create his dream woman out of their various parts. Plenty of skin, gore, and terrible acting. Also features a totally random kung fu attack and the immortal line "The greatest thing in the world is fucking on a water bed and smoking pot at the same time". A terrible movie, but a sentimental fave.

Chopping up hot college chicks with a chainsaw truly is The American Dream. Loved the eternally scowling groundskeeper and the final seconds. Man, what a way to end a movie!

Gleefully moronic and utterly tasteless cheapo slasher with so many random outbursts and ridiculous twists-that-aren't-really that it all adds up to a delirious anti-masterpiece. You need this movie in your life.

Mediocre 80s horror with the ADR work of a 70s kung fu flick for good measure. What I learned from this movie: Penis.

For fans of 80's horror B-movie trash, this Spanish exploitation slasher is infamous for its terrible dialogue, blunt gore, and its self-aware advertising, by marketing it as being "exactly what you think it is", which is also great for anybody not looking to spend time/money on a cheap, gory, so-bad-it's-good, low-rent horror movie. So you have to ask yourself, "exactly what do YOU think it is", cause I know I got what I paid for.

Pieces is unintentionally hilarious. A ridiculously fun poorly made, cliche ridden mess with comically bad acting and strange story.

Can't say I hated this Yes it has horrible dialogue and dubbing and the acting is bad at best But if you want to talk good old blood and gore This is where the movie shines The most brutal kill on the waterbed

This is a horrible movie, technically speaking one of the worst I've seen, but it is just so much fun. Pieces fails at what it tries to do, but succeeds in the unintentional feat of being absolutely hilarious. Full of random hysterical moments to name just one there is a random kung fu scene by a character that is never seen or mentioned before or after. Pieces is the perfect example of how a bad horror film can be incredibly enjoyable. Live group viewing: https://youtu.be/Asb3RqRcoiM

Pieces is really bad, but holy hell if it doesn't have a handful of the most unexpected moments in film history. Never saw 'em coming! Leslie Nielsen's twin and especially super-sized Bud Spencer are great, too.

If you're a fan of unadulterated sleaze, you can't go wrong with this unintentionally hilarious Spanish slasher. From the flashback opening (set in the '40s but featuring a push-button phone) to the ridiculous double-shock ending (in which randy hero Sera is castrated by the grisly human puzzle come to life -- whoops, sorry!), this is a guaranteed piss for all gross-out and Mr. and Mrs. George completists.

Its crass, exploitative and has some very awkward acting from the cast, but this infamous slasher is not so bad its good; its a solidly made film which goes into some bizarre areas that sets it above other movies in its genre. Compare it to the director's later film Slugs (1988) and this looks like a masterpiece. The memorability of the moments in this, including one of the strangest non-seqeuter possible involving 'bad chow mein', are immensely entertaining.

Just a wonderful viewing experience. A film that contains so many head scratching moments that you can't help but to have a good time. The direction, at times, is pretty great, and then it is followed up by random kung-fu sequence. There are some really impressive gore elements, which, if nothing else, is worth catching this seminal slasher.

I don't think I understood this film. Did he put the jigsaw pieces together when he killed or did he find the pieces when he killed? It wasn't made very clear. BASTARD! This is what I love about 80s slasher; it was so confusing and trashy but I loved it. And the Kung-fu professor scene?

A strange, silly oddity of 80's horror, it's just under 90 minutes of unapologetic, unadulterated schlock that, as its tagline implies, is exactly what you think it is. Lifeless characters, terrible acting, terrible production, plenty of gratuitous nudity & a plot that makes absolutely no sense and never tries to are all things that make up this disaster of a slasher. Some elements of so-bad-it's-good fun are there, but they're outweighed by the parts that are just plain bad.

Top badass moment? Bbaassttaarrdd!! This movie provides a salient reminder of just how obsessive people can get over jigsaw puzzles. The plot: a chainsaw (for which a fedora isn't appropriate PPE) is used to cut up random characters in various states of undress. (Annoyingly I couldn’t work out what make/model it was; probably need the Blu-ray for that.) Also watch out for the totally random kung-fu guy, plus poor examples of parenting and saw operation. 3 decapitations, 1 chainsaw and no cats.

Fills an extremely specific type of trashy horror, but when that's what you're looking for, it certainly delivers. The 5-second cameo of a Chinese guy, the flood of inexplicable twists in the final minutes, the spectacularly awful dubbing where none of the lip syncing matches and the audio sounds like it's from a late night Buzzr game show rerun...mint.

Extremely dumb slasher with sort of funny ADR. This is only enjoyable if you watch it with people. The less said about how it treats its female characters, the better.

Delivers the gore and nudity you’d hope for from an early 80s college slasher flick - however, the fact that literally every single line in the movie is (BADLY!) dubbed over despite most of the main cast being American and speaking English is literally one of the most distracting things I’ve ever seen in any movie ever. Did they just not have any sound equipment on set or something? What the fuck?
