Plunkett & Macleane

The movie fails to generate any real suspense, every event is leading down an obvious path, and the situation is made worse by the relatively bland main characters. Liv may be stunning, yet almost all we ever see is her head. Blood spattered & amusing at times.

18th century story of two highwaymen produced with really exciting, contemporary scenario and soundtrack. Yaeh that's right! Indie, wicked and quite funny. Liv was gorgeous, Carlyle fantastic. So fuck off!... Just stand and deliver. :)

Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Muskets. Played too safe, obviously eyeing sequels. Bland.

Quite mediocre movie with nice soundtrack, which is miles away from film time setting. Or vice versa. This kind of plot, directed like this has same problem as soundtrack. Provided this would take place in steampunk version of England, would be just awesome. But it doesn't and that's shame. I'd mention A. Cumming for good performance.
