This beautiful and mysterious Oscar nominee (Best Animated Short Film) is reminiscent of Miyazaki, but still proves to be surprising and original.

Light and colour play beautifully together in this Japanese short animation.

I'm not sure how I feel about the animation style. The short was still enjoyable even if the video game animation was really distracting.

This ghost story may be simple, but the gorgeous array of patterns, colors, linework, and CG creations are anything but.
