A little bit of interesting info and some nice drawings, but feels more like a handful of factoids for kids. It lacks any contextualization for the various landmarks in the post office it mentions.

Just a little featurette about how the postal service in the UK got started and changed as modern means changed being transported by horse, then trains and motor vehicles. Humphrey Jennings use a lot of drawing to give us this little history lesson and doesn't set-up any re-enactments or live filming.
