Ricardo Cortez is the.... POSTAL INSPECTOR!!! Sounds exciting, doesn't it? What if I told you that Bela Lugosi is in this, would that hype it up a little bit? Well, the studio did realize this was a dreadfully unspectacular subject for a movie and used quite a bit of screen time trying to explain that being a postal inspector is not as dull as it sounds. Well, they failed miserably in convincing the audience and had to throw in a few songs and made up a flood to try and make it more interesting.
