Yet another Uwe Boll masterpiece.

This movie has absolutely no political-correctness whatsoever, and it knows it. It doesn't try to be anything other than fun, and I think it succeeds in a big way. No less than 2 dozen times during the movie was I amazed it actually got made. It takes a poke at just about everything: America, the president, welfare, the IRS, the Taliban, cops, even Uwe Boll himself. It aint no thinkin movie, but I'll be damned if I didn't have a blast with it.

Uwe Boll's best, but that's not saying much. The general consensus, from what I've read on Criticker and everywhere else, is that the first 5 minutes sketch, which really has little to nothing to do with the movie itself, is actually funny. I was surprised to find out that this is actually true and I was honestly (but shortly) entertained in a Uwe Boll film. However, after those 5 minutes it regresses into a movie relying simply on shock value for the sake of shock value and isn't funny.

Much better than everyone seems to think. It's not great by any means, but has that over-the-top Troma feel to it and Uwe Boll uses himself for some gags. It's silly, but it's funny. And if you ever wanted to see Dave Foley's wang... here you go.

Imagine 'Team America: World Police' if it was ten times as purile and offensive and not even half as funny. Obviously its brilliant.

Ridiculous horse shit of a movie. At least this time, Uwe Boll's film was played up as a farce, with it's tongue in it's cheek, but it doesn't take away from the lame attempts at comedy. Gets 1 star for kids getting shot.

Is Postal a good movie? I suppose that will depend on what you mean by that. It accomplishes all of its goals by getting its point across and making its audience laugh while doing so. It's not politically correct, and it's not for anyone easily offended by people who make fun of issues which might be best to not be made fun of, but I laughed all the way through. Shoddy productions can be worth seeing if they have enough ambition, and Uwe Boll's Postal is worth seeing.

As useless as a movie can be. Watch the trailer and you've seen the best part of it.

I won't say this is the worst movie ever, but its almost there.

unrepentant and offensive, postal is over-the-top in all the right ways. the best part is all those completely rediculous parts make it all more fun. it's funny that boll's biggest economic loss (millions) is his best entertainment gain.

Its general terribleness and offensiveness can get a few laughs, and its never boring, but its not a good movie by any definition.

"Postal" is an interesting case study. Another movie by the infamous Uwe Boll, this movie is clearly bad on purpose. While his other movie have attempted to take themselves seriously, with "Postal," Boll has decided to embrace his title as the worst living director out there, and has deliberately made a terrible movie with elements to offend everyone and make them hate him on purpose. Yes, Boll has officially become the Tony Clifton of film directors.

In bad taste, gratuitously violent, self-aware, and unyieldingly offensive. In short, it perfectly captures the themes and atmosphere of the game. It's technically not a good film by any stretch of the imagination, but its irreverent, self-deprecating humor and acknowledgement of its (and its director's) shortcomings is part of its charm. I found it to be entertaining even after multiple viewings, as long as you can stomach its tasteless brand of humor.

Absolutely mind-numbing and absurd, and just passable enough to be enjoyable. Fun Fact: "Postal Dude" is Farkus, the yellow-eyed bully from 'A Christmas Story'!

Not a very good movie, but there was a bonus feature that had Uwe Boll boxing his critics, which is probably one of the most bad ass things I've ever seen a director do.

It's his best work yet, but still fairly lacking. Still, despite it's major flaws you can tell he's trying.

Probably Boll's magnum opus, it captures the spirit of the game extremely well. Unfortunately the game was an inane mess full of tasteless nonsense. Despite being a terrible movie in every way, there are some fleeting moments of genuine humour.

Uwe Boll is a beautiful manchild and an international anti-treasure. Postal's overstuffed premise, juvenile humor, and obnoxious "I calls 'em like I sees 'em" asshole-pride worldview (a la South Park, Penn Jillette, later Carlin) make for a film that is execrable but captivating.

do not, under any circumstances, watch this movie sober. or even close to sober. this movie is like a worse version of the game, if you had your controller unplugged. the only redeeming quality of this movie is how impressively bad it is.

i wouldn't go so far as to call it GOOD. but it's definitely the best boll movie so far. there's some pretty funny stuff actually, i wonder if a more 'talented' director could cut this into a better film...

Love Uwe Boll the dude, just wished Uwe Boll the director could make an enjoyable film.

Take the most retarded game ever and let the most retarded filmmaker ever make a movie out of it. Excellent concept really. The results aren't quite stellar, but its entertaining enough (in a doped up, guilty pleaure, Broken-Lizard-on-crack kind of way) that it's fairly watchable.

I realize that this comes pretty close to the game and regarding that it might be an okay movie, but since my rating is based on my enjoyment it gets the same score the game would get.

The films beginning was worth watching. The rest... Not so much.

Very bland and uninteresting. At times Boll tries to generate laughs through sheer offensiveness, but it's so pathetically sophomoric that it never elicits even the slightest shock. If you're looking for brain-dead, sub-primitive shock humor, go for a Troma film like Toxic Avenger or something, which has at least some low-budget charm.

A few funny moments floating in a dull and motionless lake.

This movie could actually have been a laugh, but it underlines Bolls complete lack of basic moviemaking skills.

Points for Uwe Boll cameo and Verne Troyer's line delivery and Jackie Tohn's hotness. Everything else, i have no words for. They spent a lot of money for a shot where Verne Troyer gets raped by 1000 monkeys.
