Nice rundown of U.S. prewar opinion and the axis rise to power. It's clearly patriotic propaganda made to engender support for the war effort, but it's well done and informative.

A well made propaganda film although in retrospect this narrative is not particularly hard to sell.

OK, it's propaganda, but it's well-made, highly watchable propaganda. Besides, I fully concur that kicking Nazi ass is a good thing

In spite of what the term propaganda film would have you believe--and to a moderate degree your expectation based on that would still be accurate--it definitely conveys a somewhat earnest attempt in searching and weighing the reasons which offered motivation for either engaging in or avoiding the Second World War. Of considerable historic interest.

It never gets boring. I guess that's a thing to expect from a good propoganda film.
