"President McKinley Taking The Oath" depicts... erm, well, it depicts President McKinley taking the oath. Frankly, if it wasn't for this ridiculously illustrating title, I doubt I would have understood what was going on, due to the low quality of the film. Thankfully, at merely 50 seconds long, it's over before you die of boredom.
