Prime Time

Seems to want to present an open-ended thesis about the direction of post-communist Polish society, with game shows and other capitalist spectacles and phenomena masking a generational disconnection destined to lead to 21st-century dissatisfaction and the rise of populism, but the deliberate insistence on defying generic expectations by withholding the protagonist's moment of clear self-expression is bound to frustrate many viewers and may not have the intended effect of causing them to reflect.
