Professor Layton and the Eternal Diva

Frequently beautiful while being somewhat preposterous, it translates the mood and themes of the game superbly. Also quite emotionally mature, and Layton's English voice is perfect. Still, the big splashy climactic battle seems exist only because that's what movies do, and for something based on logic puzzles it sure goes off the deep end at times. Best game adaptation there has ever been, though that says little.
