Obviously, with films aimed squarely at the youngest audiences, a little leeway in terms of quality should be allowed. But alas, Pudsey fails on every conceivable level, every last line prompting a cringe, sigh or shudder. Pudsey is a cute dog, but he alone - with a horrendous David Walliams voice - cannot shoulder a 90-minute family "comedy" packed with stereotypical "bad businessman" plot, inane dance routines and an inexplicable amount of faeces. Just.. no.

This film exists because of Britains Got Talent, a nation wide televised talent show made by Simon Cowell. Pudsey the Dog won it, having the ability to follow directions and stand on his hind legs and "dance". After this happens in the first 10 minutes of the film, there is no need for it to continue. And yet it does.
