Punch

Odd and original black comedy about a freakishly strong and violent teenager in love with her father, who hasn't done a great job discouraging the attraction. Canny and gutsy and a real accomplishment of tone, like John Waters by way of Hal Hartley (not so strange--see Hartley's comments in DIVINE TRASH! also the puke and snark), and add in that it's autobiographical and stars the director's own daughter and she (and everybody else) is great and you have something pretty remarkable.
