Rage Net

Um, ditto to Night Music, I guess. Oof, I knew that trying to write up the entire "By Brakhage" was going to be challenging.

There are times when it looks like the shapes are almost animated. Another interesting explosion of color from Brakhage.

The first time I saw it, I wasn't a huge fan. The second time I saw it (which was immediately after), I fell in love with it. These are probably Brakhage's most amazing paintings edited so well in an incredible sequence -- the only bad thing about this film is that it's too short.

Pretty colours and shapes. Not great but captivating enough for 30 seconds.

This one worked for me. The short runtime helped as well.

difficult to see how this supposed expression of rage more uniquely expresses that emotion than most of his other films.
