Rattling Romeo

Here in his own starring series for Colombia, Charley Chase doesn't have all that much to work with. Barely anyone to play off of and with recycled gags that would have worked better in a silent. His character was not at home in the sound era. Not that there was ever an budget he could shine in. Economical all over.
