Red Hunter: Prelude to Kill

Mostly standard genre film that looks pretty cheap too. It's a Miike film, so not predictable, but he's pretty much on auto-pilot it seems. It's cool that he can make a movie fairly gripping while you notice not much in the scene would have set anyone back much.

There are a lot of Miike's little flourishes here more than most people seem to catch. The film is pretty forgettable for the most part but while this is a lesser Miike film its still far from being his worst.
