Redeemer

The technical skill of the martial arts on display is amazing but the story itself is severely lacking. The characers are two-dimensional. the humor is just awful. the CGI looked fake. The fight scenes while impressive wasn't thrilling and seemed to lack intensity. Much like Merantau I found the fight scenes here to be too much like demonstrations than real life and death battles, although then CGI blood did help it seem a bit more brutal.
