Very funny; the 1930's version of The Hangover. Possibly little-seen due to the blackface carousing scene (the film is unabashed in portraying these people as rich assholes), but it's worth checking out.

The extravagance of the settings, characters and especially the dialogue is beyond amusing. Entertaining and farcical without seeming too easy or convenient. One forgotten film to remember. -"Danny, I got a solution." -"Alright go soak your head in it."

James Whale directs a bubbly alco-driven murder mystery among the obnoxious rich white people. All rude and playful, and dialogue wise highly clever! Sort of inspired by The Thin Man (1934), except the main couple of Robert Young & Constance Cummings are not detectives, instead they are carefree partyers almost insulted that these silly little murders are putting a damper on their party. And with that brew, Remember Last Night? is one you'll definitely remember for more then a night.
